Another busy week has past. Big trip to indiana to celebrate jacque's 60th birthday with a surprise party, see all our friends and family and go to the Indy 500. So squeezing in runs became a liitle diificult. I got in a couple morning runs and one heat of the day run wall with my nephews who were now out of school for the summer and just looking for something to do.
