Well the snow started yesterday. Another 3 miles on a treadmill. I hate the treadmill.
Today is January 7th though. The day Alabama plays in Pasadena for what I hope to be its 13th national championship. We have about 6 inches of fresh powder on the ground today. So needless to say I’m not running outside and the snow is making it hard to even go to the gym. So today is my first off day.
Day 6, 01/06/10, cold and snowy, treadmill run, 3 miles
Day 7, 01/07/10, colder and snowier, no run, 0 miles
